TEEN TOBACCO USE PREVENTION AND CESSATION INITIATIVE - Priority Populations
Funded at $550,000 per year for three years, grants were awarded to four organizations or partnerships that are capable of addressing, on a statewide basis, the disparities related to tobacco use among African-Americans, Native Americans and Latino youth. Funded at $75,000 per year for three years, assistance for these grantees is provided by the NC Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Minority Health and Health Disparities.
